This is the old Revell USA kit - the panel lines are raised. The confusion comes from the original boxing which had a sticker that said "Fully Engraved Tile Detail." This didn't mean it had engraved lines, just that the tiles were represented at all, as they were completely missing from the competitive Monogram kit that came out at the same time. I have seen a build of this kit where the modeller re-scribed all the tiles, that must have taken him forever!
