I've now seen at least two reviews showing the front canopy clear part as being wobbly. I am not buying your kit Revell. Also. I think your European side opening boxes are terrible.

Hi Treehugger, your post made me curious. So i scanned all the german speaking reviews. No one mind the problem of a wobbly canopy. They all say that the clear parts are the way the should, regarding size and scale. But one thing is right, the these side load boxes are sh*t! 😄

Yes those boxes are far from being the best solution, and I honestly think Revell knows that too...but if I'm not mistaking there is actually a law in effect, that regulates how much raw material (card board) one is supposed to spend on a box of a certain size. Not sure if it's only german or EU law though.
Btw: I own this kit and the canopy is alright, certainly not the best quality on the marked but it's as is.

Maybe this floppy box is one of the reasons why Revell can give us nice models to moderate prices.
