There's a thread over on Armorama, I doubt it will have etch or metal barrel. Maybe screens. Rye Field models also just released a Tiger I, albeit a slightly different version.

The ry field company is waaaaaaaay cheaper and better, if they produce kits like dragon, I will stop buying dragon kits and go vor rye fields

I second Julian's guess.
Obviously I have no idea exactly what will be included but I think it will be similar to what you get in the new Wittmann Tiger (#6730). That is, DS Tracks and no extra goodies, except for PE engine deck mesh screens. So yeah, what Julian said 😄
