Martin OostromMy kit was missing one wheel, so I used Heller's own form on their website on july 9th. I'd get a free part, or an email with a price for the replacement. I sent a reminder on the 7th of august. We're another month further along and still nothing. Not even a reply. Rubbish after sales! 👎
