Sarunas D @Cliff7474 Why not? The current kit has some soft details, and an older configuration. You can also read about construction issues related to the main body - attaching the turret makes the upper body to bend. The 2000s kit is not up to current Tamiya's standard.

Cliff7474 Just think there is a lot of other military vehicles they could have produced that they haven't made yet. Or even an older kit from the 70s 80s. The original is still fairly new in the hobby world. Also would love to see more 1/32 ww2 aircraft.

Nick N True, but I guess that there is currently a big interest for the Leopard 2a7
Diego DH Was this specific version also released in 1/72 injection-moulded, by whichever brand?

Tom B. Yep, Vespid has the A7V (apparantly the "2016"-prototype-pattern) as a 1/72 kit. I have it in stash and it looks quite neat, haven´t built it yet though... In general I´d really recommend Vespid 👍 Leopard 2A7V (Vespid Models VS720016, 1:72)
However, it is based on the earlier demonstrator-vehicles and some minor differences exist to the current service-vehicles. From what I´ve gathered (and is also mentioned in the IPMS Deutschland kit-review) some of the most noticeable changes would be adding the side storage-bins (present on the Tamiya-kit) as well as one on top of the turret roof

İbrahim Alikılıç This is the third high-quality leopard model released in one year...
