Thank you Bernhard!
No mixed blue grey. I used a Real Colour reference RC255, RC256.

Cheers Sven!
Great to find what I am building right now done in such a nice and clean (in tearms of quality 🙂 - obviously properly weathered!) way 👍 I hope you enjoyed the build, the result looks quite excellent!
Wonder if the 3D stuff really mattered in this one so much, what is your post-build opinion? Did it all just fit in no questions asked (as the OOB stuff does), or did it require Aires-spec levels of additional work?
Also quite interesting how much the blue grey looks different on the blue vs white backgrounds!
Cheers Sven!

Great work - I am also interested in your opinion on the 3D parts.
Especially as all these goodies cost more than the kit itself

Thanks a lot Palo, Slavo and Thomas!
The interior 3D parts aren´t necessary as you won´t see much of them (as with all single seat piston engined fighters of WWII). I just wanted to check how they fit compared to Eduard´s resin cockpit sets (which fit perfectly). The 3D parts fit nearly as well as the resin ones. Just some minor grinding for perfect fit - no comparison with Aires!
Exterior details can be used if you want to get the best out of the kit. The gun barrels are a bit better than the injected parts, e.g. the radial cooling holes and the drilled out barrel.
The pictures on white background were taken from my workbench with artificial light while the ones with blue background were taken on my balcony in sunny daylight.
