There was some noise about breaking a few out of mothballs and sending them over. Not sure what the final outcome was.

According to the most recent reports, Germany would be able to deliver 15 Gepards to Ukraine by July. I would assume that the technological and mechanical aspects of these SPAAGs were refurbished and brought up to date. However, the camouflage may have retained as it was before being stored. Either that or Ukraine put in the request to change colors. We'll know once the units arrive.
