The Big Boy

Finally, I am starting on my second model. This is one of the largest steam locomotives in North America. It was designed by Union Pacific and built by the American Locomotive Company (ALCo). It was initially named the Wasatch type, but after an employee scrawled in chalk on the smokebox door, Big Boy, and that has been it's name ever since.
