Nice build James. Someone had bought this for me years ago (when the show was originally running in the UK). I got around to building it. Looking at yours now I want to build it.

It's a simple build, and I had a bit fun doing it. The only "issue" I found was the decals. Mine was so old they had developed a pretty serious case of yellowing.

Ooohhh nice, looking great! Haven't seen one of these being built since a long time. Were the decals "just" yellowed or also brittle?

No real problems with the decals being brittle. Actually, aside from the yellowing, they were actually pretty solid.

Sounds good James, I am still planning to build mine for a friend. Was worrying decals won't work anymore and re-creating this kind of detail seemed kind of scary.

There are some extra detail decals there. I didn't use them on mine but I did think about it.
