Believe it or not, I actually watched the movie today, with the Mrs. First time she's ever seen it, and she loved it! Needless to say, I had an Optimus Prime thought, but I'm not sure I could put myself through another freightliner build?

I think that I'll skip your build on that? I don't want to witness your meltdown? If any kit, ever needed a retool, it's the AMT freightliner. That cab is Satan, and those mirrors should be part of a parliamentary job interview! I must've watched about 10 how to build, videos, and received countless advice, on that kit? I still have shudders, when I see it! I now call it, The Widow Maker.

I think this kit is the best of a Beetle out there. Well, the new kit by Revell is not bad either. 🙂 It looks nice. Well done.

Bugsy, the pictures were taken with a phone under artificial light. So the colours will be a bit off. I'll take better pictures asap.
