Sanded the wheelcover into shape, added the louvres. Still need to add the connections of the cover to the main tube. The grooves have been a bit more cleaned since this picture 

Added some wiring with stretched sprue... Still 2 more landing lights to add 

Making extra lights

Finished upto the two bars that are attached to the protective cap for painting reasons 

Some wires here too 

Retrokit cockpit vs kit cockpit 

Front wheel cover ready as per kit... still need to make the recess for the landing gear system 

Cleaning the surface with a glass fibre pen 

Adding some flux and presolder the connecting surfaces  

Clean again... then place on each other and apply heat... 

Lay the pieces on eachother and apply heat 

After bending some dimensional errors... PE piece is a lot smaller then the plastic opening... Bit in doubt whether to sand away the bulge or just continue...
 

Then bend... and all finished

Engine entrance, just in case it would be visible. I've thinned the outer walls also and filled the holes.

Hull parts glued and sanded. Nose was a bit wide, but in the end

Added some sensors and the bulges to lock the landing gear

To deburr, I use a plier without teeth (flat surface) 

Sand the burrs off with a fine file 

Then a bit of CA to start with, and some carefully positioning 

5 more to go... 

Almost ready, and not only for the nuthouse or optician...
