Advanced paint mules of the Tamiya 1/48 F4U-1 Birdcage and F4U-1A Corsairs, the latter inflight. This was an experiment in painting and weathering, just using panel line washes and postshading effects (plus the usual mottling/fading/pre-painting). Lots of fun, lots of lessons learned...
