Basic plastic is sickly yellowish transparently?? 

Split the skirts from the body. Should make the final assembly easier.  

After sanding with 3200 grit sheet 

Sanded all the way up to 12000 grit 

First coat of Alclad silver base

The day after 

While wet sanding the left side, somehow I chipped the right tear wheel well… 

Back to start. Do not collect €200,- 

15 psi, just a bit of grain 

At 10 psi, it look better and it is smoother.

This stuff is shiny!! 

 

After sanding and polishing. You can see the leaves of the tree in the bonnet and the windows of the house in the roof!

Dash. The blueish tinge on the speedo is some (still wet) gloss to represent glass over the dials  

I get the feeling I missed something? The steering wheel! 

The upper wishbone kept popping out of place
