The original model is from a DEFA movie of the 60s. It is about an expedition to Venus, on which the crew finds out that the civilization there has wiped itself out by an atomic catastrophe. A small job to build this kit for a film project. It will not be a replica of the original, because certain conditions must be observed. The surfaces must not reflect too much, otherwise the environment would be seen in the later shots. The model will be shot in front of a red screen and later inserted into the film.
