Armed S.A.F.S. Raccoon

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I tried to change the surface texture with Mr.Surfacer 1000. Not much effect... 

 

Raccoon will be loping on the swanp. 

Some DAS-mass for the base shape of the swamp. 

Added some fluffy fabric from sacrificial stuffed animal. Footprints are made of Tamiya epoxy mass.


 

 

 

I want this unit to be armed, so it will have a laser gun hand. 

Ofcourse it needs an axe. Carved from styrene. 

Hand painted with Vallejo steel color. 

I tried chipping with salt. Painted with mix of gray and gunmetal. 

 

Cockpit hand painted with brush. 

 

Maincolors are RAL6007 Cam. Dark Green and RLM02 Grey. Painted with free hand. 

 

 

 

Decals applied. 

1/20 axe painted and weathered. 

Started painting pilot figure. Brushpainting with acrylics (except steps 1 and 2 airbrushed). 

 

 

 

 

 

Self made power cord. 

I made a tent from tissue and stuff. 

The tent wrapped up. 

Raccoon is ready!
