started with the main landing gear, doesn't always have to be the cockpit... 

can be bettered in a simple way I think, just scraped the seams... 

Some scraping with the tip of a knife later...

Resin Cockpit set.... missing and broken parts

Plastic part fit is ok. So time to make some hybrid cockpit parts

Lost the original part, so remade it, could be done better, but it is hardly visible in the end

the knobs, a lot of these to go around... tried painting them first and thicken the knobs before placing them 

10 on this piece alone... Honey, what did you do all evening, well euh, I detailed a few mm's..

for rivetting, draw the lines on the hull and wings with a pencil 

then follow the lines with a rivetting tool 

removed the wingtip lights

little distortion

replacement wingtip light, basic shape, drilled a small hole and painted it red for the light 

glued in place and ready to sand
