Started this new kit. Detail is very nice, fit is very good, but ..... a lot of parts are distorted. Tape and clamps are necessary to get everything in the right spot. Now's hoping the glue will hold forever

There are only two seats in this van. Who wants to ride shotgun? The rest can find a spot in the back 😄

I bent it like somebody. The result is okay, especially as I have some plans for this little van.
Today I did some seats and I worked on the nose some.

You're right James. Back then the French were going cheap and practical over pretty.
Think Citroën Mehari, Renault 4. Some say, they never stopped making ugly cars 😉
There are exceptions of course. The Renault Alpine, Citroën DS, and the uhm, uhm 😄

Peter and Alec, this van is so ugly, it becomes beautiful. 🙂

I used my Molotow pen for the first time today. Curious about the result when dry....
Other than that, only some clear sprayed in prep for some decals.

Martin, I'm sure you'll do justice to this ugly duckling! LOL. Also, FYI, I put the stripe decals on that Ford Torino, should you still be contemplating it to see what the issue is. It's very minor and I think there can be a better way to apply them than what I did. Best wishes on your van.
