This is from the horrible RS-Model kit, where no one parts match with the others. There is more putty in my model than plastic. I’ve spent 3 months working at this plane, but I love Antoine de Saint Exupery and when I discovered that he was on active duty from may to june 1944 at Aghero airport, in the italian island of Sardinia, I decided to not stop me in front of any difficulty. Since when I was one-year old, I spend all my summer vacancy at Alghero, so it was a great surprise to discover that from the same airstrip, me and Antoine take off and landing. In this pictures there is a photoshop with the Alghero airstrip, a little tribute to me at one of the greatest story tellers of all the times.
