Hydralisk - StarCraft 2

Here the Hydralisk from StarCraft 2.
So far I had a lot of fun with this one and except for the details like these horns and teeth it's mostly painted with the airbrush.
That guy is spiky as hell and I had to be a bit careful painting it.
Same story with the base: gotta wait for the socket and then some simple vignette will be created.

Alright, this one is done.
I added the base and applied air-dry clay and transparent water gel, which I painted with an airbrush in hope to make it look like Zerg creep. Not sure that worked out too well but I hope it looks better that way than just glueing it on the wooden base.
Didn't even need any glue to to glue it to the base as it sunk with its scales into the water gel. 😄

Was a very fun project and I hope to make more figures in the future. Humanoid or not.
