I tend to jump some steps ahead in the instructions. I do this to minimize the work with the Airbrush. I try to combine as much parts as possible so i didn't have to switch the color in the Airbrush as much as often if i would stricly follow the instructions.
Primer Coat on some Parts. I use vallejo Primer. Black Gloss for Gloss aluminium and Chrome, Black for Flat Alumnium and Metal parts, Grey for Black and dark colors and light grey for light color.
The bike was aviable in 3 different colors. Black, Max Silver metallica and pearl shining yellow.
In the instruction stated that you should use normal yellow. After priming the parts I used gunze Yellow. To get the pearl effect i used a thin layer of Createx wicked pearl Yellow.
Had some Problems with the handlebar. I tried to glue the lever with super glue. The Metal Varnish react with it. I just stripped the paint and did the painting a second time.
It's a Special Kit for me. I'm driving the big brother a Honda VF 750C Magna. Unfortunatly there is no kit for this Bike. I stumbled upon this smaller version of it a just have to build it. I did take some extra time to build it. Don't want to rush and ruin it.
I'm really happy with the result. I would build it a second time. Just to get a little bit crazy with the painting.
