TIE V-1 (Inquisitor's TIE)
Modified a spare Bandai First Order TIE pilot into an approximation of the Grand Inquisitor by carving off bits on the helmet and chest, extending the neck a bit and adding some shoulder and helmet bits. Ignore the stubby legs - that's an artefact of the limited room in the FO TIE kits and can't be seen when he's in the cockpit
Pilot in the painted, decaled and weathered cockpit
3D printed replacement back section on the Bandai front fuselage - not a fantastic fit but 5 minute epoxy plus a lot of filler made it presentable
#D printed wing parts, sanded and primed
completed hull with wing centre sections and some styrene details on the wing braces, which you can see on the animation
Main sections painted Tamiya Haze Grey and wings glued in place - note it's upside down while the glue on the bottom wings sets. The wings are a push fit onto the centre panels, to allow the wings to fold, but the fittings broke when pushed in and the fit was loose so I decided to glue them in the open position
Glue dried and some detail and patch-up painting done. Took the dummy canopy off and just waiting for the paint to dry on the glazed one.

Album info
A model of the TIE V-1 Prototype used by the Inquisitors in the Rebels TV series. This is based on a Bandai TIE X-1 (Vader's TIE) with a 3d printed conversion kit from Modelwerks. I've chosen to approximate the Grand Inquisitor as the pilot.
