Top work in every aspect! You can see here: swearing can help a lot! Even on bumper stickers ..........

Really good, a real redneck ride! Nice sticker on the rear end! I love it!

Beautiful work! The firewood looks like the real deal and I think you did some great rust and chipping. 👍

That is how this one has to look like - down to the wood chips in the trunk. Excellent.

Wow, the response to this has been incredible. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement - this was my first auto kit in over 20 years and it was not a good kit to start again on, so it really means a lot.

@WhiteGlint - the firewood is simply a 2" dia. branch that fell from an oak in my backyard, cut into 1" chunks, and then "split" with a utility knife. Very easy to do

Album info
This was - legitimately - the hardest model I've ever built - Revell 1/24 scale GMC Snowplow.
You may have seen this, partially completed, in Fine Scale Modeler's highlights from NIMCON 2021. Since those photos were taken, I added more simulated road salt weathering, fixed some rusted areas that looked incomplete, added the spare wheel, and added details to the truck bed. These include a plastic tarp made from duct tape, firewood from a stick, fallen leaves punched with PK-Pro's leaf punch, a rusted tow chain, and a scratchbuilt cooler and hand axe.
For as much swearing as I did during this build, I'm very happy with the results of the first automotive model I've completed in 25+ years.
