Anyone got any suggestions on what to use for fairing mount screws? The hasegawa fairing panels have huge lumps representing screws molded on them. I want to remove them to make polishing easier, and put something closer to scale back on afterwards.

While looking for tamiya rivets found some Top Studio ones that look even better, and cheap!

Thanks 🙂 Its an amazing kit. A lot of parts and fits together perfectly. Towards the end of build it didn't need glue for a lot of parts, it all just clicked into place.
The decals are unforgiving. Crazy thin and tear easily.

@Eric Yeah, they're not an attractive bike. A friend of mine has one, so I tried to make this model as close to his as possible. Every time we ride together I am surprised at how fast a 35yr old bike is on the mountain roads.

Well i think it's a delicious bike Rod, looks sick to me, but it's my favourite era, all bikes should have twin round lamps imo and i love the styling and colour scheme.
You did it a great job too!
