The white is done. I will be using real car paint this time. So the primer is enough for the white. I don`t like this type of paint because it will take a heavy coat of varnish on top giving a unreal look to the model. Any way I will try to avoid the «bubble» effect or «glass» look.
After a generous amount of gloss varnish it ended like this. I`m not a fan of «glass» finish models or bubble finish because they look very unreal.Anyway this one will be a mixed finish. Still a lot of details to paint and then the decals on top of finished body and at the end wax all over them.
The diferences with the real car are so many that I just quit trying to replicate the original. A lot of details should had been corrected at the begining and some of them I only noticed now.?
Decals are almost done. I already fixed the body. Front and rear lights, rear view mirrors and aileron are still to be finished and fixed. Also a lot of retouches.
For many reasons I don't remenber now I promissed my self I would never say revell kits are bad or even worse than that. I believe those are the reasons I keep buying them. So , having this one in hands I decided to go on with it. Two years have passed and still on the workbench. Has promissed I don't say anything more.
