One heavy coat of Tamiya X-11 chrome silver and X-13 metallic blue, 1:1 mix. 4 coats of Mr Hobby super clear off the can and polished with micromesh and fine tamiya polish compound.

Rod -
Tiny bit of blue in the wheels as well.
