I kinda like the model without the spikey effects parts better.
Build : Excellent, barring some fits are quite tight (but doable.) Overall build is quite solid.
External detail : Quite detailed and cripsp. Surface is even cleaner than Bandai kits which was surprising. I suspect different plastic used (mainly ABS) is the reason.
Internal Frame : Very good except it doesn't have internal cockpit. (Canon stargazer should have space for two people but there are none.) Hatch does open though. No parts seem to be exact copy of Bandai kits but it is heavily "inspired" by MG Seed GAT-X frame. I did recognize many similarities.
Accessories : Canon Stargazer is non-combat unit but they do give you a beam pistol/rifle weapon. Also a beam shield connector thingy which you can use to connect the spikey thingies to make a shiny and pointy shield.
The iconic Voiture Lumieres device (the big honking ring on the back) is quite solid and detailed. Looks very good especially if you use the gold plated part (which is limited first run bonus.) I guess you can just paint the stock parts also. (which comes in black.) Connection is also quite solid but the weight is quite heavy. So the waist joint can't bear the weight and it will bend backwards. They give you small stand which is adequate for the job. And also you can use action base. (Not included.)
