FM Aerial painting & decaling

Frame is painted with Ak Xtreme metal - Dark Aluminum 

White primer and pre-shading with black primer. 

 

 

Changed to lacquer for white paint. It is so much easier to use compared to acrylic. 

 

Colored parts are finished with acrylic paints. 

 

 

Reassembled after 45mins in my dish dryer and half a day of natural drying. 

 

 

After applying Tamiya panel liner. 

 

 

3rd party waterslide decal. 

 

 

 

Ehh, not bad for a $3 decal? 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All that remains is applying top coat and some detailing on the rifle.
