Spitfire Mk. I

Trying out Hataka's RAF lacquers. So far they spray like a dream with MLT! 

Test fitting  

Still got some details to pick out, but it’s coming along.  

First time doing one of theses and I think it came out nicely! 

 

 

 

I'm really pleased with the fit of this kit. It's a real Tamiya "shake the box and get a model" type kit. 

Starting to look like a Spit! 

Here's how the wiring's going to go... it'll be on a diorama base, so most of this will be hidden by grass. The wire should blend in pretty well just going down the length of the gear, also painted silver. 

Love these Hataka paints.  

It isn't easy being green.
