Cool & inventive! Maybe something for the "Blade Runner" reboot? 🙂

A very imaginative and impressive work. I much like the back story and you excellent modelmaking👍
By the way, hope the garbage rider has a cab with circulated air condition to avoid any stink. And because of this the platform will not be the best place for after work beer😉

Cheers, Christian

@Christian This is of course not the best place for the after work beer, but Jonns built already a flying bar with a flying beer delivery car😉

Looks very convincing. What material did you use for tha bags?
5 September 2016, 06:28
Jonns Pfeiffenberger
Thank you Lex, I use bags for dog feces. Its very thin material in the right color 🙂

It's Rubbish !!!!!!!!! 😄 😄 😄

Perhaps one bag could be a bit burst or ripped with a little bit of rubbish floating about inside ? 🙂

either way, look really cool Jonns, love it 🙂

Jonns Pfeiffenberger
hehe Choppa thank you. Yes some bags will be broken and some trash lying around.
5 September 2016, 11:11
Choppa Nutta
haha, I knew you had it covered,... in rubbish😉 😄

for this world you are creating all you need to do now is invent some characters and write a story 🙂

It's been just a couple of years sínce I am back in the world of scale modelling, but I already like these kind of inventive DIY projects much better than - let's say - the x-hundredth Tiger model... The fantasy, innovation and the "world-building"aspect (potentially imagining a back story) is really unique and interesting.

And great rubbish, by the way 🙂

Thank you mates! Great idea Choppa, but this ship can't fly... 😭 😄

I like Choppa's comment, yes more than one bag should be ripped and or melted from the hot sun. Being a garbage man in my youth I have been exposed to more than my share of crap (Smelly baby diapers and fly maggots and other monstrous things) in my time.

I really liked the Ranch on Legs, not for this build obviously but as you expand your world of wonder something akin to this might fit in nicely, anyhow food for thought 🙂

The LEGO Sttrandbeest is really one of a kind. I once saw a documentary about the "real" Strandbeests made by Dutch artist Theo Jansen. Very very impressive - and their only source of power is wind.

Back story: the second ship of my flying boat fleet (scalemates.com/profi..bums&album=25146
The people live in houses up in the air. Someone have to collect all the garbage/trash, like a garbage disposal on the ground. This flying air ship do this job.
On the rear, i'll add an crane for all the trash bags.
The garbage chute on the right side is not yet full of garbage. But soon.
