Hi Rodrigo, yes sure. I use sanding paper. I have a proxxon drill with a sanding tool. I will add a picture to this album to clarify. You could also visit my website and have a look at my WIP's. www.racingkars.nl

It's the speed of the tool that somewhat melts the rubber a bit. This gives the tire grain look. A dremel would also work, or even other machines.

Album info
My 2013 Ferrari F138 China as driven by Felippe Massa is ready. It's a 1/20 scale Fujimi kit. Because of known problems i did not entirely follow the plans. The engine cover did not fit well. I had to make some changes to the rear wheel suspension to make it 'fit'.
