painted with a mix of enamel and acrylic paints
a lot more of it painted and the life boats.
had to make me own anchors the kit ones are oversized. new ones made out of photoetch and remaining railings

ive finished the rigging on this. the next step is the the rigging on the cranes
ive put some left over photoetch on the ends to make the hooks for the cranes
this is the last model on the shelf of doom the rest of my models are still in their boxes.

the plastic is old but still solid enough. the pillers are awful
you need photoetch railings for this and theres a lot of ejection pin marks on the deck

How long is this model in cm if I may ask?
In 1:380, it would be just about 8% smaller than a 1:350 scale model. Presumably, this model would be typically larger than a Liberty class freighter ship.

"The C3 was larger and faster than the C1 and C2 contemporaries, measuring 492 feet (150 m) from stem to stern" (Wikipedia for "C3"). Divided by 350 this is 42,8cm. The kit says 38,3cm.
