Thank you everyone, I haven't logged into here for a while, and missed reading all your kind words.

I have taken new photos using my new wide-angle lens, and uploaded them here (those with a white backdrop)

Soon. I am most impressed with the overall effect you have created here.
The recessed panel 'shadowing' is just perfect, not too much, just enough for maximum impact. !!

The 'petals' on your exhaust pipe end is just as impressive. Alclad or buffing metalizer ?

I tip my hat to you Soon, as it is a real delight to see the progress pics and the end result.

Beautiful. 🙂

Great Game Ulf. Have you tried the DFS A-10C ? Even better than Falcon. 🙂

Not yet - unfortunately!
I swapped from "Falcon 3" to "Kids 3"... frankly speaking I am glad to be able to continue at least my modelling hobby - Sigh!!!

Thanks everyone.

Kerry, the panel lines were largely due to the excellent "mild" moulding by Tamiya; I only enhanced it a bit with a wash.

The exhaust was painted with Alclad II chrome.

p.s. I loved Falcon 3 too

Beautifull job on your F 16.
I liked Strike Eagle III a little more than Falcon 3...just my opinion

Soon, thanks for the info on the Alclad. I wondered, because I am a big fan of Testors "Buffing Metalizer" and I can get similar results but you have made the Falcon 'come alive' the way yours looks. 🙂

Hey, I was the first to say your exhaust nozzle looks amazing! it realy does, you inspired me to buy this kit, and I got one more metalizer around, I just got myself the AK interactive "true metal", I will give it a try soon, what paints did you used for the main color?

Cesar, You were the first to mention his exhaust mate and I am sure you wont be the last. 🙂 He certainly has captured a fantastic result, and I am now looking forward to you posting your build where you have tried your "True Metal" finish, as I am looking for something else to try and I am keen to see your results. Cheers 🙂
