Metallic blue-green mixed with Tamiya Chrome Silver X-11 and Clear Blue plus a few drops Clear Green.
Just realizing some touch ups are necessary. 

Juggernaut for reference. Both kits are 1/48 scale.

Before painting. I used Acrylic Textures from AK 

After painting. The concrete also received some dusting with Desert Yellow. The world of the series is a barren desert place without a lot of lush greenery.
