Ahhh... the box! So full of possibilities 

Those are some THICK sprues! 

Some quick bit of panel rescribing. 

Yep, the cockpit tub donated from a F-8E will fit 

A bit of tubing to blank in the air intake 

Painting the cockpit  

More tubing and a MiG-21 wheel... 

And voila! A rear thruster! 

All the guts in place, weight added and control panel DIY decal inplace 

All buttoned up and everything fits 

And from the back 

Intake sanded and painted dark metallic grey and nose cone in place. 

Ok... PSR time! 

Took off the massive wing gates. I'll scratch up new ones. 

Scratched up new landing gear doors. The original ones were THICK! 

More Putty! 

Also partially filled in the tank attach points as I'll scratch up thinner pylons too.
