A lot of firsts this build:
First build using Zero Paint. First build where the plastic (nearly) melted from the paint. First car with an engine. First with a self-made stripe that actually looks the part. First with Molotow chrome on the bumpers.
Most important lesson: screw ups while painting a high gloss finish will compound; hoping that the polishing will straight things out isn't a viable solution.

That is an awesome beauty of a car. Congratulations in overcoming the difficulties and still getting such a beautiful result!

Very nice. The colors are a good choice. The stripe under the hood is the cream on the ice 😄 Sweet.

Nice 👍
On pic 14: If I'm not wrong the brass part on top is the air filter, and you could drill a hole into the intake pipe next time 😉

I spent the day at an amusement park yesterday, and was completely caught of guard by all these lovely comments. Thank you!
Bughunter, you are right. As usual.

Stripe through the engine compartment IS a nice touch. May I suggest Tamiya panel line accent applied to the grille to black wash it. (you will have to park it vertically on the back bumper to let it dry in the low spots of the mesh).

Well thank you guys!
Bill, there actually is some Tamiya black panel liner in the grille. The camera failed to catch it properly.
