Typical Dragon Aircraft kit ... problems with alignment and gaps ... some fits are tight, others a loose ... stuffed the nose with fishing weights and it still wants to sit on its tail

Oh... I see SH's seems like a better option. I have this same kit, but am thinking of changing it. My canopy comes in smoky color 🙁
Good job so far... Following!

yeah, i've got a smokey canopy as well. you'll find the main wheel well is not a good fit, you'll need some stripe styrene to fill it out ... the nose gear bay is undersize so you'll need to becareful positioning it in ... the Jet engine covers don't have any keys or tabs to position it, so having it open will be a challenge ... the glue the inlet cover and exhaust cover into place after you've glued the covers in position. I did it the other way and have to sand back the covers to make it fit. there are large gaps where the inlet cover meets the fuselage.

Wow... It's full of drawbacks. Thank you very much for the indications 👍.

woohoo, finished. The photo etch on the exterior and wheel well were a challenge. small parts that go flying off the twizzers. Lost the loop piece and had to replace it with some wire. Overall, i'm satisfied with the build. The hardest part were the photo etch. I think they are too small to use and if you have bad eye sight, it adds to the challenge.
