Landing gear doors needed shims and - since I was concerned about light leaks from the cockpit to the exhaust I painted the entire insides black with Walmart craft paint.

Not sure now if I ever had the original Airfix wingtip tanks. The old Hasegawa ones will do though they are a bit on the thin side.

Got it slimmed down so I can add it after everything is done. Should look the part when I am finished painting.

Album info Started this as a mostly OOB build for a 'Desktop' type model. Put in a cockpit tub of sorts, a bang seat leftover from another jet and an exhaust from a Hasegawa kit that got a resin replacement.
