Pre-primed for panel lining
This was the panel lining on the front skirt panels prior to the torso/waist repaint.
The back panels behind the front skirt pieces got a two-tone treatment I'd never attempted but turned out really well!
More never-to-be-seen small paint experiments on the shoulder joints
The first color scheme using Mr. Hobby Gold and Titans Blue. I don't know why, exactly, but this color scheme didn't have the vibrance I was looking for, nor were the panel lines really apparent. From this picture, only the lower-torso and the green piece in the head kept their original paint colors.
The repaint begins...
More panel lines added to the skirts to break up large areas
First parts painted with Odenkan Champagne Gold
Rear Skirt Panels got a major panel line upgrade and three-tone paint
The upper-body repaint complete!
Odenkan's Final Chrome was used as the base for the red parts to add a bit of depth
Feet with multi-tone inner frame parts and a (mostly failed) attempt at two-tone metallic red.
