I know you don't believe the colour scheme but that's what the instruction sheet says. All colours are matched to Airfix paints.
Olive Green=M3,Slate Grey=M2, Light Aircraft Grey=M13. The Sky band is matched to M 16 "Vellum". No wonder we were confused then. Hmm,(thinks) a Coastal Command Meteor...
