I'm trying to reconstruct your method... First, primer and pre-shading: nothing unusual. But thereafter...It lokks like your adding very faint layer of paint, almost transparent, on some area.
These colours seems not related to the final paint. So what's the idea underneath? having subtle changes of the final colour? and if I'm right, how do you choose the area involved, and the shade?

That is a nice cockpit, and it looks better when you have finished it. I am not familiar with this plane either. I am assuming with the PZL label that it is a captured Polish aircraft put to use by the Luftwaffe? Look forward to more photos. Looks great. 🙂

Thank you guys!
@Lionel : This is experimentation. I am trying to find good matches between the colours for the preshading and the final colours. Brown preshading works well with a green camo. I sprayed some yellow on the most exposed areas to add some chromatic depth. It did not work out very well - the effect is way too subtle - as you will see on the next pictures I'll upload soon.
@Alan : Captured aircraft indeed. This plane was seized by the Germans in Warsaw in 1939, then tested, refitted and given to the Bulgarians.

I have started the weathering with oil and acrylic paints. Also sprayed a thin coat of matt varnish.

Well, that's it. She is done. I could have worked a little bit harder on the wheels and the exhausts, but I wanted to finish it. Time to think about the next one!
