Welcome on board mate. Will be my Cristmas Holiday project. Will be a kitbash with a many scratchbuild parts as i have to add a few things that are wrong/missing or just to enchant the model. 😄

Right, gotcha! There's a lot that can be updated with those early Hobby Boss kits when we are talking export Leopards. 😄

Hehe you are right. Thats why the kitbash with Tamiyas Leo. The details on Hobby Boss are soft and simplified. I will take the rear plate, front armour and the turret from Hobby Boss.
Lots of work, especially on the turret. Have to remove some parts and completely replace the comander station as the vision blocks are too simplified and looks horrible. Will try to use plastic card and acrylic glas to rebuild them. Also the antislip surface needs to be rebuild completely.
Way to go. But hey, that the fun with this hobby. 😄
