Yes... I am using a coffee mug as a paperweight. 

 

Wired up and the lights work... phew. The cones aren't glued on yet. Need to do all the gap filling and sanding before I do that. 

Just about ready to prime and paint
 

Primer is on, see a few spots I need to clean up, but paint shouldn't be far away. 

Huge Gaps 

In this episode they were attacked by a giant roll of painter's tape... Land of Giants cross over I think. 

 

 

Making progress. Stencils are done, the UFP marking on the main habitat will have to be the decal, the stencil didn't work at all. 

Hasn't quite worked, but might be able do a little something to make it work. 

 

 

Cut out some stencils using a font from the all powerful internet and my Cameo 4. 

Probably should have used tamiya mask instead. The stencil material is very thick and a bit stiff. 

 

Ok. Not bad. Little hand touch up on a couple letters and it should be good to go. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Woohoo! Pretty much done. Saw some bits on the colored dome tops that need some touch up, and I need to spray the base, but otherwise done.
