I am feeling the pressure here Seb! Where is the fridge? Where do you put the computer or tablet so you can keep tabs on us? You can't honestly spend all day modelling and not check in on Scalemates every half hour or so? Everything else seem to be in order, although the stash is getting a little light on. Maybe a little time on line is due?

Yes wim, i'm lucky to have a big big basement, Peter no fridge can you imagine this ?? my laptop is on the desk look at the left of the desk 😉 scalemates is one of the first website i check on wake up 🙂 For the stash, that's just a small part, the real stash is in another room 😉

no no that's my stash 🙂 don't have so many kits 'only' 85 full kits 🙂 🙂 🙂 many of them already have aftermarkets in the boxes 🙂 each new month i said build before buying an other one..then nooo a new wonderfull kit appears...and i don't know exactlly how it happen but after few days a parcel arrive at home with the kit in it, I may be cursed 😄

"i am not buying more models", i actually mean it, until ... disaster strikes... how can i leave that one go, it is not for sale anymore! and the price is so good... and this one... my god next year it will be gone, got the get it now.....the truth is that lately focus more in aftermaket.... easier to hide in the existing boxes, so the space taken does not seem to increase 😄 😄

Not to interject a too-serious addition to the banter, but I don't feel a bit remorse about my 400+ strong stash. The moment we stop supporting the manufacturers and suppliers of this hobby with our purchases, that will be the moment this hobby will surely enter its final dive. One only has to read the news or count the number of new hobby shops. OK, soap box back into the closet...

Spanjaard: based on my experience, once you pack up some of those old kits and get rid of them, that remorse thing get a lot more bearable 🙂

All, I have two stashes, one at home Mrs Hardy knows about, and one in my office she doesn't!

Like Spanjaard's my second stash is aftermarket stuff in the boxes. 😄
If I buy the farm too soon, I'm afraid the mrs. will sell the stuff for what I said I paid, instead of what it's worth. 😠
