I've got this Peterbilt Wrecker (Revell 7541, 1:25) kit incoming with a cabin and hood with some oops. I'm looking for the best donor kit. Any suggestions?

I have had good experiences with Revell's customer service. 2 out of 3 times I had the spare parts in my mailbox a few days after the call, only with parts for a kit that was last in the catalog 26 years ago I could not be helped.

Now Revell requests money for new parts. Not long ago I asked for a decal sheet. I got an offer and had to pay the decals and shipping.

if the only issue is the crack, it should be possible to fix it, I think

I'll have to see the parts first for myself. I do have a kit that is supposed to be in the same timeline. And there is alway a kit to be found on eBay or something similar.
