1971 Dodge Demon

The box.  

What's in the box. Lots of goodies. 

I had to cut the holes for the hood scoops. 

The  

Box stock engine, nothing special here. 

 

Tried my airbrush with alclad, not impressed. Two light coats over a high gloss black. 

The bare chassis.  

Tires and wheel package.  

Airbrushed a yellow on that I wanted to try. Yuk, time for a swim. Forgot to use white primer, used Grey.  

Stripped, cleaned, sanded, primed, and painted with tamiya yellow. Nice.  

Bringing some of the yellow inside. ?  

Got a roller! 

Interior complete. I do like the yellow inside.  

Engine dropped in.  

A little yellow firewall too!  

Exhaust on. The passenger side manifold could have been spaced a touch more away from the block, but it fit ok anyway.  

 

Paint before clear coats.
