Goh "Rocky" Mutsuki, Japanese correspondent from the NP News Service arrives at the AREA 88 base for a one month photo report on the Asran military's use of mercenary pilots. His ride out to the far side of hell? A DC-3 transport. This build will try to replicate Rocky's timely arrival as depicted in the Area 88 manga.
