This is a counterfeit entry. The CDO was a Hudson Miniature design later sold to Revell and issued in GB.
It was not a Gowland and Gowland kit and was not one of the 12 cars in this collection. The delivery van was the kit included in the set and shown on the box top. This collection is listed various times, most erroneously, and should be deleted.
