Voir et Savoir Plus - Ki-45 Kai 'Toryu' (Nick)

A crisp new box, for an old kit. 

Definitely some flash here and there. 

Not much for parts, is it? 

Time to add some engines. 

Nacelles drilled out, wires... wired. DC motors... ready. 

Fuselage put together, now just waiting for the CA glue to dry so I can attach the engines. 

All the wiring is done... now, where to put it all? 

A bit of a tight squeeze, but it's all in there. 

Also had to squeeze in some pilots. The gunner had to go on a severe diet to be able to fit, but we got it done! 

First coat of paint... needs a bit more sanding work though... 

There, that's better. Sanded down the rough spots and added a fresh coat of Japanese Navy grey. 

I tried something with the green... not sure it worked, but... well, here we are. 

Decals are on... and that's about all I can say about that. I managed to destroy the ones on the right side of the fuselage with my sticky fingers, and the pilot tube gave me fits with the wing-wrapped ones.
