Using a piece of camping mat as a base.  

Creating first textures with aluminium foil 

After using a lot of PVA glue to smooth the surface, I used different green tones to make "Pacific Water Tones." Above them, I used clear blue, and I did several clear gloss varnish coats. 

Still work in progress! Needs some textures and "white foam" details. 

Finally finished 

Added texture with Heavy medium gel, and vallejo white.
