1/48 Fujimi P-51D Mustang

While the top of the wings does have quite a few rivets, they are rather petite and I think I should be able to alleviate the majority of them. 

Accurate or not, this model will be painted up like this! 

Wasn't sure if the part numbers and ejector pin marks were going to show or not but figured I would get rid of them. 

The engine compartment is nothing to write home about. Still, with some decent painting and a little bit of plumbing I think it will look the part. 

Getting the fuel lines in.

Fuel lines done. 

Spark Plug Wire Rail holes drilled. 

Taking a bit of a break from the engine. Got the pilot mostly painted. 

A couple of touch ups & some shading will do it. 

Got some new lights in the spray booth! 

Finally some more primer! 

I suppose any progress is better than none!
